This non-heated bodymind practice teaches you the alignment principles, variations and modifications of essential or “prime” poses. Foundations gives you time to address where you’re weak and tight and to learn how to build muscular strength and joint stability. By synchronizing breath and movement throughout the practice, Foundations is an excellent place for new and experienced students to discover how functional movement and alignment principles strengthen and stabilize mind and body.

Build physical and mental stability in this invigorating class designed to challenge beginner to advanced students. The focus on breath and alignment principles fosters strength and clarity. The consistency of the practice promotes a deep sense of healing and well-being. Perfect for athletes.
