Connect your breath and body in this dynamic practice as you explore variations of Stability poses. With a focus on mindfulness this well-paced vinyasa-style class combines deep breathing and fluid movement. Flow through a safe yet challenging sequence of poses that establishes mental alertness and physical strength and stability. Leave class feeling rinsed and rejuvenated.

Our Flow practice is not recommended for beginner yoga students.

Balanced Athlete 101   Is Balanced Athlete® for you? Come to one of our free Balanced Athlete 101 intro classes. They run 25-30 minutes and you will see why we call Balanced Athlete – Intelligent Interval Training.  If our Balanced Athlete 101 doesn’t work in your schedule, come to the first 10-15 minutes of any Balanced Athlete class to give it a test drive.

The special 75 minute Flow Basics class is essential if you are interested in taking the Verge Yoga Flow classes. You will learn the proper alignment for the vinyasa or connecting poses taught in the Flow class.

This class is perfect for the Stability student interested in “Flowing” and is also a fantastic way for current Flow students to deepen their understanding of their practice.

Yin Restorative is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses or  that are held for longer periods of time—three to five minutes allowing the practitioner to delve inward, enabling one to focus on breath and meditation, as well as improving flexibility.

This class is deeply relaxing and is a perfect complement to a more active practice. In Verge Yin Restorative Yoga, supine and seated poses are held for an extended period of time allowing the body to completely surrender. Using props such as blankets, blocks, straps, cushions, a wall, and bolsters allow the body to surrender to gravity, adding to the restorative aspect of this class. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalized.

Yin Yoga works on a very deep level to awaken the connective tissue of the body, also known as fascia. Studies have shown that it’s not just muscles that need conditioning as we age; connective tissue also needs a work out to avoid the hardening and stiffening that takes place in our bodies as we get older.

A total body workout, Verge Yoga Sculpt classes are designed to strengthen every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and challenging you to push past your comfort zone and get stronger. Warm-up and cool-down in a Verge Yoga practice. Explore your edges with mat exercises, and weighted ball and aeroSling drills. Great to do before or after a Stability or Flow class!

Brand New Beginner Series

Beginner Instruction

This series includes (4) Instructional 90 minute Classes, a comprehensive BNB Handbook and unlimited classes for 30 days.

Our Brand New Beginner Series (BNB) teaches the fundamental principles that work quickly to improve your posture, alleviate pain and focus your mind. After your first class, you will feel relaxed and energized. Over four weeks, you will learn why yoga is a powerful and complete system of wellness.
